With over a decade of expertise in strength training and athletic performance, Martin has helped clients—from busy professionals to athletes—achieve their goals through personalized, evidence-based training programs.

As a former student-athlete, Martin competed with the University of Regina Cougars swimming team for four years, where he gained firsthand experience in structured training and recovery. His passion for fitness drives his commitment to helping clients lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Martin works closely with the clinic’s physiotherapists to ensure a safe, comprehensive approach to fitness, blending strength and conditioning with injury prevention and rehabilitation. His training philosophy prioritizes individualization, empowering clients to improve their quality of life, enhance athletic performance, or simply move and feel better.
